Our Story

We started TNSR Academy to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the realities of the job site and design studio. Too often, talented people lack hands-on experience with modern delivery methods and digital tools. We’re here to change that—through focused training, mentorship, and a learn-by-doing approach that mirrors how work actually gets done.

In 2024, we joined BPI Foundation’s Small Enterprise Acceleration Lab (SEAL) to strengthen our training model, mentorship network, and community reach. This partnership is helping us expand training pathways and ensure small and medium AEC organizations have access to enterprise-level solutions.

Closing the AEC Skills Gap

The AEC sector has no shortage of short courses—but very few enterprise-grade training solutions that align to business outcomes, tech stacks, and project delivery. We built TNSR Academy to fill that gap with:
